Account Deletion

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Smashin' Reps and sign in
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm

Your account is deleted right away. If you cannot sign in, email support@smashinreps.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you, as soon as we can, and within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and intake information
• Workouts, sets, weights, and program history
• Nutrition logs, water, and targets
• Weight, measurements, sleep, and check-ins
• Progress photos
• Coach conversations and remembered facts
• Any additional profiles under the account

What we may keep

Payment and tax records that the law requires us to keep (handled by Stripe), basic records of a deletion request, and backups, which expire on their normal cycle. Anything kept is not used to rebuild your profile.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account in the app cancels any personal subscription billed through Stripe, so you will not be charged again. If the cancellation cannot be completed, the deletion stops and nothing is removed, so you are never left deleted but still billed. Gym memberships are billed by your gym; tell your gym if you are leaving.

Delete only some data

You can delete individual progress photos in the app, and you can ask us to remove coach history without deleting the account by emailing support@smashinreps.com.
